We collect your data by asking you to complete a registration form when you first attend any of our sessions

· To contact you regarding the sessions you attend eg if it is cancelled, to advise of special events related to the session
· To ensure we can help provide the support your child might need
· For health and safety practices

· Paper registration forms are kept in a secure file
· Online registration forms are kept in a secure Happity account
· Email contact details are stored in Butterfly Buddies’ email account
· Phone contact details are stored on a secure phone (password protected)
Marketing
We may contact you via email to advise you of other sessions that are being run by Butterfly Buddies. You can opt out of this at any time.
